Head over to our capital campaign website to see photos of our staff and ESI participating in the 44th Annual Exchange Club Parade America! A great time was had by all, regardless of the havoc the wind wreaked on our balloons!
Teen Volunteers for Summer Reading Program
nampa — April 2, 2013 - 7:15am

The library needs teens (ages 13-17 to help us with our summer reading program, Beneath the Surface. Our teen volunteers help make this program a success for all ages each year.
Teen volunteers will be scheduled for 2-3 hour shifts to help register people for the programs, distribute stickers & prizes, and help with events throughout the summer, including the Kick-Off Carnival! The summer reading program runs during the months of June and July. Come on down and join in the fun! Please tell your friends who might be interested to apply as well.
All teen volunteers must be age 13 by June 1, 2013. It is mandatory for all teen volunteers to attend a 1/2 hour training session, and be prepared to sign up for their desired shifts at that time.
Training Sessions are scheduled for:
Monday, May 13th — 5:30pm-6:30pm
Monday, May 20th — 5:30pm-6:30pm
Tuesday, May 21th — 5:30pm-6:30pm
Saturday, May 25th — 9:30am-10:00am
Saturday, May 25th — 10:30am-11:00am
A volunteer application must be completed and brought to the information desk on the first floor of the library to be considered. You may pick up an application beginning on Monday, April 1st, or you can print out the application here. The parental consent portion of the form must be completed.
