NPL Databases

Magazine and Subscription Databases: Anyone may use these databases from our computers within the library building. Due to licensing agreements with the database providers, you must have a library card issued by the Nampa Public Library to use the databases from any location outside the library. All users are responsible for adhering to copyright laws and database licensing agreements and restrictions.
Thomson Gale Databases	Thomson Gale Databases provide an online service to full-text articles from magazines, professional journals, newspapers, and reference books. (funded by LiLi)
	TumbleBooks Library provides online access to animated, talking picture books; puzzles and games; books in Spanish and French; audiobooks; and online books for beginning readers.
*Novelist and* *Novelist K-8*	Novelist is a fiction database that provides subject heading access, reviews, annotations, and much more for over 120,000 fiction titles. It also includes other content of interest to fiction readers, such as Author Read-alikes, Book Discussion Guides, BookTalks, and Feature Articles.
In-Library Access (only)	Ancestry Library provides US and UK Census information; US Immigration Collection; and Birth, Marriage and Death Records. This resource is not available for home use and can only be accessed from within Nampa Public Library. (funded by the Friends of the Nampa Public Library)

	ARRC Auto Repair Reference Center contains the complete automotive repair manuals that were originally published in the Chilton Total Car Care Series. Includes more than 150 easy-to-read, illustrated auto repair manuals. (funded by LiLi)
	LearningExpress Library is a comprehensive, interactive online learning platform of practice tests and tutorial course series designed to help patrons--students and adult learners--succeed on the academic or licensing tests they must pass.
